Regarding event shop innocence scrolls
What is the difference between the 60 coin 50% Innocence scroll and the 100 coin 50% Perfect Innocence scroll. Do both affect potential or what

No difference. It's just that for KMS they have those flames or reincarnation and all that cool jazz and we don't and the perfect inno scroll resets everything 100% including that whereas the reg inno scroll doesn't. But GMS doesn't have that so yeah.
To my understanding.. Neither of them change the potential. The regular innocence scroll will reset all scrollwork done on an equip, but it has the potential of lowering your base w/attack, I think, where as the perfect innocence does not.
