Arkarium is much worse, you lose exp when you die, he spams the 1hko and the snakes that take 1 dmg from physical attacks. The only annoying thing about Cygnus imo is the tornado-dark genesis combo or the segmented dark genesis when they all come up beside each other and theres no space to jump.
