2nd option. For myself, I bought a used DC7800 pc for 60$ with 4gb ram and popped an e8400 cpu (8$ lol) into it for my mule. Being running great for 2 years and still kicking.

find a better one because the one ratings on each is not very helpful. Do some more research maybe on amazon, staples, office depot, or other websites. Make sure you have all the facts before you invest in one of these.

TigerDirect is 100% legit though. lol. But the PC in the first link is so much cheaper so why not that? xD
