Help getting a Gaming Pc

So recently my PC broke down and im looking now towards a gaming PC but im completely clueless in this area </3
I want a prebuilt PC. This will not change. I don't want to build my own PC as I am as smart as a monkey in IT and PCs. I was always a console person and the PC was always just a casual family one. "There's tons of tutorials online!" I don't really care nor do I want to learn.
I hope to have a budget of 1-2k but I really don't wanna past 1.5.
I live in Australia so American stores are outed.
What I want is a simple Gaming PC that I can run my games on preferably on Ultra High or High settings with nice FPS. I don't want the World's best graphics or anything or the best PC available. Just a decent one that will play my games e.g.. League, MS, First person shooters, MMOs on high settings or higher
I've researched a few possibilities such as Ebay, Origin and Alienware but I have my worries with each of them. I would like help from you, The Basil community, to help me choose the best PC for ma needs
Ebay is something i've never really trusted too much. I've made a few purchases where some worked and others didn't. A friend recommended Ebay because that's where he got his and it definitely looks cheaper then most others. However I find Ebay shady
Origin just seems too high tech for me. The cheapest desktop "Omega" is 1500 and I don't even know what i'm looking at on that website. Seems too high tech with 4k graphics and stuff. Dont even know if it runs on PCs as the trailer looks like its being run on a dam TV o.o
Alienware seems nice with a PC build of 1200 but with the image and stigma of Alienware, I don't really trust it because so many dislike it. (If ya know the reason, it'd be nice to know too)

TL;DR: Looking for a prebuilt Gaming PC that can play most games on high or ultra high settings. Budget is 1-2k but would like lower prices. Australian stores only and would like you to recommend me a company or PC to buy.
Thanks

Which pc did you end up getting?

You can still get a custom pc, i've bought parts from msy and also had them build my pc previously when i got my first custom pc. Cost like an additional $60-70 for them to put it together.

I could build you one for about 1300-1400. I can get you uhh let me math this real quick.
12 gigs of ram
120 gig SSD
about 6 cores of 3.5-3.6 ghz processor
and a 2 gig dedicated memory GPU
That should run pretty much anything on your list I think, I'd even be willing to install the OS, drivers and whatnot for you.
EDIT: Opps, forgot the 1.8 TB HDD. But yeah

Basilers always overlook this.

You're going to have to be clearer on this because honestly to me, you're putting out two wholly different requirements for gaming performance - the really demanding AAA shooters and the not so demanding free-to-play MMOs. Preferably, be specific with the game titles you want to play.

Not knowing is being ignorant. Refusing to learn is being stupid. The easy way out is to pay up. I'm here because I don't want you to do that. I'm not giving you much advice, but I am going to show you some options that are only going to confuse you more if you don't take the time to learn. How you react and respond to this is whether I decide you're further worth my time.

Alienware is legit, just overpriced. I've linked some competing desktops further in this comment. It doesn't take much to beat the base Alienware X51.
for ultra high graphics, your going to be dishing around 1.5k+ just saying. your setting your demands wayy to high for what you are budgeted for. I would reconsider your request since the amount of funding you have will not be enough for your expectations. since your not going to build it yourself or seek professional help, then i would suggest just not buying one at all. it is a complete waste of money to buy a pre-built PC that your not going to take care of. your simply asking to buy a one-time luxury product that will be useless in like a few years. Trust me, you don't want to blow 1.2k on a pc that you did not build, especially since your inexperienced.
Hm. Thought I had more than enough seeing how my friend got his on ultra settings dishing out 800. I have some friends that majored in tech and said they can help.
Just because im not building my own PC does not equal me not taking care of it... Of course im going to take care of it. Just because im not building it also doesn't mean when something's wrong I wont go to a place that fixes PCs or contact friends that know more then i do.
I simply want a prebuilt PC or a custom made one because:
1. It's easier for me
2. I don't know any actual stores that I can just walk into and get help in building my stuff
3. Dont know what parts to get to build one or what parts are considered "Good" or what parts are even needed.

These are the parts you can get, just find a place that will build it for you. Or go to a computer store by you and look for these parts or similar and then ask if they can build it for you. I don't know what stores you have in Australia but I'm sure some shops will charge $50-100 to assemble the parts you bought. Also, it's missing an OS so don't forget that. If you want to go cheaper then just replace the 4690K for the cheaper version of that generation i5 and drop the CPU cooler. It doesn't seem like you would overclock so there's no point in having the K version and the CM212. Good luck.

I've had good luck with Republic of Gamers ASUS laptops. I run all my games on high settings...including Crysis 3, Skyrim, BF4, Metro Last Light, etc.
