If you open up the event tab you can see the Fox Ring. So to answer your question, yes we are getting that ring.

stupid..... they won't show you such thing in the event list in-game.
Just like how they did not show you the expire date of the 5 star AEE, blablabla etc until you get the actual item

Yes, we are getting those rings. If you look in the event window, they are both there.

It says right on the link that the ring was tradeable forever throughout the account. And yes, we should be getting that ring if the event tab isn't lying to us.

I am pretty positive we will get it for it was listed as an item under the eunwhol level up event under the event tab,
