As you can see, on my CRA, I got extremely unlucky, I used miraculous chaos scrolls of goodness on all slots and only got that much each after applying 9-10 enhances too

Because the better the equipment is, the more exponentially the price grows. The smallest of increase for godly items can cost you hundreds of millions, if not billions.

Where's the rest of your RA set?
I had 10b mesos funding, but like 60-70b worth and hit 1.06m buffed range on my Wind Archer...

Fundings annoying in the sense that a lot of the time, especially for bowman stuff, you have to make your own godlies. Sometimes you luck out and it's cheaper (9attack scrolls, the tradeable prots,etc) but a lot of the time you'll spend more on cubing than the value of the equip.
You really should have went full gollux in the first place, you'll have to find a buyer for your earrings, pendants and hope you don't lose much. Making your own gollux costs cost a lot, atleast scrolling wise.
Also, is nothing nebbed or bonus cubed for attack? That ends up adding a lot to your range, but is kinda a last touch thing.

It also comes down to your class. If you had for example, funded a wind archer with your bowman %dex equips you'd probably have a higher range.

Honestly it all depends on your luck as well as the time you start funding at, like @xtripled said prots were really cheap during the candy event so enhancing weapons were cheap, but the cost goes up as the event finished. Cubing would drain your meso bank too, its all a gamble you could either get really lucky or blow all your meso and still have bad potentials. Just wait for events before you start to upgrade/scroll.

There are no set numbers. You could theoretically spend 2000b on cubing and never rank up past rare. It depends entirely on luck.
Unfortunately, I've had pretty crap luck overall.

As you reach higher range you'll find it becomes exponentially more expensive to upgrade.

Bonus potential makes it significantly easier to reach max range. Your cape and badge are also somewhat below the rest of your equips. Once you get your perfect superior Gollux set you should be much closer. Also, if I'm guessing your potential lines properly, you haven't 4% nebbed a lot of your equips.

I think I spent about 80-90b on my db but still 650k range.
I know DB ranges are lower than other class but I do feel I didn't spent my mesos wisely enough

switching to gollux perf scrolled and getting a heart will help u also dont have much rings try getting superior gollux ring perf scrolled and also solid perf scrolled shouldnt be that hard.

That's a great list, but you need to invest in some gollux coins and get reinforced set for cheap/ scroll and cube... That will give you a little boost... I think

My net worth is probably something like 1/10th of what I've invested in my equips. Max~max clean.

Problem is when you have to make end-game gear for yourself. Cubing and scrolling is NOT EVEN CLOSE to cheap. I'd bet that my crossbow alone cost 100b to make.

well, it depends how they spend it. Also, lots of people make their own equips with their hot time mules (i.e they got lots of 90% +9 att scrolls, and there's also the compensation [shield scrolls & prots] from the roll back a couple months back). Not to mention the candy points event which gave out really cheap prots. So making your own gear would be cheaper (forgot about the CoG hot time as well). Therefore these people say they spent next to nothing to get x range. However their net worth is still above whatever they said they spent to get that range.

i.e i spent 100b to get 1.5mil range.
net worth is actually 200b.

Not to mention, different classes (phantom, dark knights and xenon have it way easier than other classes in terms of getting range).

Now in regards to how you spend it: you could buy a 15 star tyrant with decent potential and a perf equip but that won't give you as much range as 3 7 star tyrants with decent potential + a perf equip.

What are your equips... Did you spend it all on nx... I'm pretty sure perm nx doesn't give any +range
