Using a mic on a mac
I use a mac desktop and I need to make some videos/voice recordings but when I have tried my voice is super muffled when using the inbuilt microphone because it's too far away and you can hear a lot of the background noise or static.
Is there a recommended microphone (preferably not too expensive) that I can use to make myself sound clearer or something else? and how do I go about using it since there's no port for the mic?

What do you mean no ports? No headphone or microphone jack?
You can get a USB headset/microphone, but I don't actually know what a good brand is. Try to look up on Newegg or Amazon, maybe brick and mortar retail.
I have a laptop with a bad mic as well. It picks up everything, including my next door neighbors.
