Only the ones until you get out of that town where it starts, after you reach victoria island you can pretty much just grind your way to level 250 without doing any quest.
it does say [required] before pretty much all his main quest but i stoped doing them at lvl 50 and so far nothing bad hapened.
ill do them later if i really need to do them for a skill like will of alliance or hero`s will.

Well i just landed lvl 141 on my Kinesis and i didnt do em lol
i might do it later, but seems not rly important.
