Demon Avenger going over 500k hp

Last year when I quit, you could not gain anymore range if you had cap HP. I funded my DA to cap HP but not any higher than that. I saw many different planned changes from KMS before I quit. Now that I'm back, it's hard to sort through all these sources since they're not in chronological order.

If we get over 500k hp on a DA, can we gain more range?
