Male character looks infinitely better than he did in Gen 3.
His hair game is strong.

I really like the Team Magma/Aqua redesigns as well.
Team Aqua actually resemble pirates that would spend their days out in the see.
Team Magma members look like the kind of people that would work in caves and do research. I do wonder if the major redesigns were to make them look less similar to Team Flare though.

The new art for team magma and team aqua...those aren't even redesigns because they don't even resemble the old characters... Also the main characters have eyes that look off for some reason

Mega Diancie - Looks amazing. I'd say this is one of my favourite mega designs so far.
Mega Sceptile - Looking good. Dragon / grass? That's way cool.
Mega Blaziken - I am actually surprised it didn't get a second mega evolution like Charizard did.
Mega Swampert - Now there's a lot of criticism against Swampert. People hate him or love him. It's really 50/50. I think he looks pretty darned cool, although I had expected something different. I can't say that I'm entirely disappointed by its design. A bit confused that its typing remained the same. It looks like a fighting type now.

"Mega" Kyogre and Groudon - Are these Megas? I can't tell. I think the article said so. Not sure how I feel about them being mega evolvable. Though their designs are amazing. Glad that we have a different point of view for them now.

Redesigns for Archie and Maxie - What the hell. I aint feeling this at all. They look weird. Maxie isn't too bad though.
Redesigns for team Aqua and Magna - It's alright. Not sure what they were thinking with the girls bending like that but hey, if they think that's realistic then go for it.

Male MC looks weird. Female MC looks great. Actually they both look really good, it's just that the male's head is so... egh. I do like that they made it clear that the white thing was his hat though.

Steven Stone having mega charizard: STOP WITH THE BLEEPING MEGA CHARIZARD X ALREADY. WE KNOW HE'S THERE. WE KNOW. NO NEED TO PUT HIM IN EVERY SPECIAL AND EVERY GAME AND EVERYTHING.

Hope they give out other starters like how in Pokemon X and Y we got 2 starters (3 with event).
Hope they also Mega evolve another set of Starter pokemon here too hopefully Gen 2!

- Steven Stone still looks hot, but him having a Mega Charizard X is weird
- Mega Sceptile looks great
- Mega Swampert looks bad
- MC redesigns (Brendan and May) are awful
- Redesigns of Maxie and Archie are also awful, Archie especially
- Redesigns of Aqua/Magma grunts and admins look wonderful
- Mega Groudon and Kyogre look great
