Beyond KMS v1.2.269 Changes New Skill

TL;DR: Blast takes on your last charge's element and its buff gets removed (but made into passive boosts), all charges' attack ranges are boosted (along with dmg buffs to equalize them all), and elemental charge's buff is now timed/refreshed upon a charge use. Threaten's chance hyper gets increased to 25% instead of 20%.
The new skill is a passive-ish rotating aura made of hammers (1 hammer per stack of ECharge, up to 5) that deals constant damage as they rotate. You can use the skill to make these hammers bigger and stronger,30 sec up/60 sec CD.

Blessed Hammer: Summon blessed hammers to attack nearby enemies. If the hammers attack enemies using Damage Reflect, you will not take damage. (max level: 25)
Level 1: Passive effect: Whenever you charge Elemental Charge, automatically create 1 hammer that moves around you for 30 seconds. Up to 5 can be created at one time but they will disappear when Elemental Charge disappears. The hammers will deal 208% damage 2 times on up to 4 nearby enemies, and based on the number of hammers summoned, their attack speed will be increased. Active effect: Consumes 1000 MP. Enhance your hammers for 30 seconds, allowing them to deal 674% damage 3 times on up to 8 nearby enemies in a bigger range. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
Level 25: Passive effect: Whenever you charge Elemental Charge, automatically create 1 hammer that moves around you for 30 seconds. Up to 5 can be created at one time but they will disappear when Elemental Charge disappears. The hammers will deal 400% damage 2 times on up to 4 nearby enemies, and based on the number of hammers summoned, their attack speed will be increased. Active effect: Consumes 1000 MP. Enhance your hammers for 30 seconds, allowing them to deal 1250% damage 3 times on up to 8 nearby enemies in a bigger range. Cooldown: 60 seconds.

Skill Changes:
Elemental Charge: Elemental Charge's buff now has a 30 second duration (refreshed every time you use a Charge skill)
Flame Charge: attack range has been increased
Blizzard Charge: attack range has been increased
Lightning Charge: attack range has been increased
Combat Orders: Flame Charge/Blizzard Charge's damage boost has been changed from 70% to 110%p damage boost
Blast: the ability to consume Elemental Charge to receive a buff has been removed, Blast now takes the elemental attribute of the last Charge skill used
Divine Charge: attack range has been increased
Elemental Force: Flame Charge/Blizzard Charge/Lightning Charge's damage boost has been changed from 210% to 204%p damage boost
Paladin Expert: in addition to existing effects, Paladin Expert now increases your critical rate by 40%, defense ignore by 30%, and final damage by 40%
Threaten - Bonus Chance: chance to activate boost has been increased from 20% to 25%
