These two items are rare right??
i have a strong feeling that they are rare but it could be possible that they are easily obtainable now so just making sure...
it is the brown bamboo hat, and steel football helmet

@chopin: Plenty of collectors have the bamboo hats though, I guess they like how there's 3 of them.

I'm pretty sure there are quests that you can get both from.
The brown bamboo hat is not rare. Whether or not it's still obtainable, I don't know, but it's not hard to find in the hands of other players. I myself have a few of them that I got from an event coin shop.
Not sure about the steel football helmet.
