FM shops are usless now??
Are the fm shops basaically useless now?? becuz of the auction house i dont see a reason to buy a shop
unless there are some major differences i dont know about but it seems to be the same just in a different place and its easier to search in auction house

No it not useless and auction house is for people who got more then 20+ item to sell and auction house is where you might find the item you looking for(not battle roid/outlaw/breath of the divinity or item that with more than max mesos) FM shop can also have have people offer money/mesos for the item that worth over 10bil
It's tougher to sell your expensive items in auction because you won't be guaranteed to be at the front (Most people start their FM shopping at FM 1, 2, or FM 7 or even FM 18) and because items are compared side by side it creates competition, usually lowering the price. I think the auction is best for affordable, clean items and other knick-knacks.
But the best reason people use FM is to sell items worth over 10b. In FM you can "fill" your storage with some mesos making it impossible to buy items for 10b (because maple maxes at 10b) this makes it so you can display the item without people buying it for cheap. They have to make an offer of over 10b, usually paid with other items instead of mesos.
Which makes me wonder how much are the following in Windia:

Frenzy Totem
Battleroid
Lightning God Ring
Tyrant Gloves
