Changing social patterns

What is a good way to change social patterns or patterned behavior on a college campus? (With a purpose?)

For example, if I cleaned up the restrooms when it was supposed to be the janitor's job-- I'm changing the patterned behavior of a janitor's job because the janitor doesn't have to clean the restroom then. Going in front of a classroom and lecturing in the place of a professor is also an example.

Anyone creative enough to give me more ideas that are doable? I need to be able to carry this out... and I don't really like the ideas that I have so far.

Cook meals for the students on campus. That's manageable I think

You can try telling a girl that the guy she is going out with is wrong for her. You should be the right choice.

Set up awkward situations but don't feel awkward about them.

Depends on your scale.

If it were me, I would totally try to do something with this. It's a system that has you put a game on a large screen (projector, TV, etc) and then other people can connect into the game using their touchscreen devices as controllers. I think it would be super cool to project a giant game onto the side of a building, and people can just hop in and play as they're waiting for the bus or something. But it's a question of scale. That would probably require administrator approval.
