This thing doesn't drop anymore does it? Taking too long to find one... so I'm assuming that you can't get the drop anymore... but I just wanna confirm if that's really true.
Or, does anyone have one in Scania that is selling? I'm down to buy oneee

I can confirm it drops from jesters.
It drops from the clowns in the chimney of the NLC haunted house, you'll find one in like 10 mins
