So I've done all the job quests, aside from the mounts, but when I go to Teo he doen't have the quest for me to get the skill
Is it still possible to get the skill?

It's not Teo. It's Lilin.
Quick google search would have found the solution.
Just look under your aran quests and complete them.
Dont click refresh
it was by accident. Im on my phone and when i refresh the page it said 'form will be resubmitted' and when i clicked okay a new EXACTLY THE SAME thread popped up.
Since u made 2 threads im not telling you.
