That's true, just saying that's what the scroll is worth. I would never suggest anyone psok a Tyrant over for 5 star service. You can offer to 5 star a cape for someone though.

It takes about 3-4 B to hit 5 stars on a Tyrant using star force, so a 50% chance to go straight to 5 stars is worth like a 500M - 1 B.

I don't know the current situation on tyrant equips but on everything else, enhancement scrolls are pretty obsolete. It usually takes under 5 mil for the first 5 stars even on CRA armors
