elite mob spawn level reqs?
I've always thought you needed to be no more than 20 lvls above mob to be able to spawn em, but I can still spawn elites being 21 levels above the mob 0_0
did nexon change it recently or something?

Certain High Level end game areas such as Twilight Perion won't have the Elite Monster level limits due to the lack of higher level content (Lv.170+?).
This hasn't been changed since it's implementation.
I've been wondering about this too. Maybe they tweaked it when they changed the accuracy stuff?
