I kept checking Future Shop, Best Buy, and EB Games inventories... I got it at Future Shop after about a week, and they seem to restock pretty regularly.

lol what. the EB games I went to had rows and rows and rows of MH4. I'd say at least 30-40 copies left

Talk to the clerk's at the store. I went to get Fantasy Life when they were all sold out, but I just asked the clerk if they had any and they had like 10 copies under their desk. Worst thing they can say is no, so might as well ask ^_^

I'm so happy that I was able to get the last 3DS in like a 30 mile radius for where I live. Now I'm just sitting here, impatiently waiting for Xenoblade Chronicles 3D to come out.

I got my copy today. After searching for two weeks, I found a store with exactly 1 copy left. YEAH.

@bluebomber24: True, that probably is intentional, they've been pushing the eshop a lot lately and I'm sure they save a lot on digital. Still a hassle if you're trying to get the physical copy. Luckily I don't have a 3ds, so I don't have to play with Nintendo and their limited prints yet again lol.
Nintendo of America keeps underestimating the demand for some of these things and not producing enough. You think they'd learn.

Pretty sure they are doing it on purpose. People that want the game will want it even more if they have to struggle to get it, and if they can't get the phsyical they will just get the digital. Meanwhile Nintendo, never has to worry about producing too much and extra production costs.

@ox0Shad0w0xo: I know what you mean. 4 big games on xbone = 80% full.

I feel your pain OP gamecube adaptor for smash 4 has been sold out constantly. And the resellers want 2-3 time the original price. It was $20 at first and was sold out before the game even released. Now people want $45-60 for it. Nintendo has more scheduled to be released in may finally. Same thing happened when Xenoblade finally got brought over to the US. Nintendo of America keeps underestimating the demand for some of these things and not producing enough. You think they'd learn.

@ereckgoose My only problem with digital is that you're limited by hard drive space (or sd card space in the case of 3ds). Like for the console games, unless it's an indie title, one game is easily over 5 gb. Which isn't an immediate problem if you have one of the 500gb consoles, but if you have 100gb or less that adds up very quickly. For my 360 I have a 60gb hdd. And with 2 free games a month with gold, I find myself deleting games all the time. So I still prefer physical copies for now. Although most games have been doing away with including an instruction booklet with illustrations and brief character info, so that's another reason to switch to digital (I liked reading through those booklets).
i rather own it physically+ digital cant be resold
I stop trading in games when their value goes below 5 dollars + my friend leeches off my digital games, so it's 2x the value on games.
I think it's sold out because how popular it is. Otherwise just buy it digital. You will only regret digital if you aren't much of a fan of Monster Hunter Series
