Halloween Art Poll
Hey guys, just a simple poll to what our halloween collab will be. The voting is open until the end of October 11, 2014, unless there is a clear winner to the poll. I guess.
Here's a brief(?) description for them. (Quoting from another thread)

Based on the animation series Gravity Falls season 2, episode 1.
So we'll take a screenshot (or couple, depending on the amount of people joining this collab) from the animation show Gravity Falls and draw your character in place of the characters (zombie). So the role of the Basil is to draw their avatar/character in the same pose as a zombie that they will be assigned to. Their character can be an actual zombie OR just their avatar wearing a costume, but their character must be in the pose or close to the pose the zombie in the screenshot.
-There will be panels, and organized like a comic strip, if there are bunch of people joining for this collab.
-This maybe a challenge to some people, but anyone is welcome to join!
-Black and white maybe the easiest for this, some shading will be nice too.
-Be warned that some character will be overlapped, but I'll try to get screenshot with least amount of overlap (something like in the example?)
-There be time limit to join this collab, once the time is up, I'll give each people a random screenshot and a zombie for them to draw their character.
-The due date to hand in finished work is very important. It will be October 23. No extension for this. I need time to add them zombutts together
-Transparent background would be lovely
-Have questions? Ask me.

his is a simple collab. Each people will draw their character version of a candy and the name of their taste. The Candy!Avatar can be inspired by real life candy brands or Basilers can be original and make their own flavour. This one, all the candies maybe in a line formation or be bundled up together into a single picture, depending on my time.

a. 3-4 people in one comic box that are trick or treating and shows a open door and outside the door is 3-4 people trick or treating and holding out bags
b. Next strip would be 3-4 people eating candy in a graveyard/or spooky place b/c there are brave like that
c. next one might be 3-4 people getting scared going to a haunted house? i will draw out details to explain better soon.

[b]4.[/b] Everyone making themselves as candy chibis and being in a bowel of candy like everyone is a cute piece of candy and we are all in a bowl

So I guess this is how it'll go. Once people start posting to apply, I'll start giving them the screenshot and zombie pose for them to draw. I'll tell you who i have give the screenshots too. Once the people start finishing their work, tell them to send it to you and you'll send it to me? Is that alright?
Is it ok for me to show you the WIP of the edits? And in the end, you wanna post it? I think i'll feel weird to post it myself.
So I guess to refine the rules more...
-Black and white (line drawing). Bit of shading is A-okay
-Due October 23.
-Try to draw a full body, or half body, even if your zombie is covered by another. It'll make the editing a lot easier in the end.
-Be warned that submitted picture maybe altered in someway or form in the end, like size change or adding extra lines or shades. Oh, lets not forget about them smexy overlap.
- Does size matter? I think each panel will be about 1000x620 px (Maybe larger, who knows). Keep that in mind if anyone needs a size reference or something.

@Msstopposting: Sticking close to the original pose would be cool. It doesn't need to be exact, just do what you can lol.Black and white for sure. There might be some editing done at the end, like bit of shading or something so everyone's charcter look unison and yeah. If it was done in colour, I have no idea what i'll be doing lol.

Definitely the zombie background one.
@hyhfct: Yeap, you just draw your character as the zombie. You don't need to worry about the Background and the other characters. The Host will give you a screenshot and the zombie the Basiler have to draw. The zombie will be marked to let you know which one you will draw. In each background, random Basilers will be put together. I hope that makes sense?
@hyhfct: you don't have to worry about the background. from what i understand you just replace your character as the zombie with its pose.
I like the Basiler-posing-as-zombie idea, but do we have to draw the background and the other chars? Or do we just draw our own char as the zombie and it will be pasted in the place of where the zombie was in the ref pic?
