Info: How to resolve most account issues!
Hey basilers, I just wanted to help everyone out who is having issues regarding their account, in regard to the random bans/blocks from the recent exploit. I hope that there will be less of these threads, because I will hopefully resolve all your problems.
Nexon is aware of the random bans that many of your accounts have suffered, though they have (at this point) been unable to go through each case, and unban all of you. If your account has been blocked, or banned, and you are 100% sure you were not to blame, call Nexon at (213) 858-5930 (Los Angeles), press 0 for their operator, then when you are greeted by the phone receptionist, tell her that your account has been blocked, and you are unsure why it was, nor able to send a ticket. She sent me to another person, who after examining my account's history, unbanned my (two) accounts. Please don't bother them if you are just going to flame though, as they're busy working on the Big Bang patch at the moment.
[b]Important Edit:[/b] When you call them, they will assume that It is your account you are calling about. Telling a friend to call for you, may lead to problems if they are unable to give certain information. There is no need to be nervous, they are very friendly.
If your account has been blocked because of a billing issue, and you are unable to purchase NX, please send an email to billingpp at nexon.net, explaining that you are unable to purchase NX, and that you were able before. You will need to give them [b]just[/b] your Username, because they will use that to find your account, and check your history/IP.
For all other problems (ingame), file a ticket as usual. Hopefully they will respond shortly.
I wish good luck to everyone with this current issue, and that everything works out. If you have any more comments, please express them in this thread.
Also, please try to avoid flaming, it only causes more stress and problems for the maplers who have been effected.
