Is it wrong to ride a dog like a horse?

I've always wanted to ride my dog, which weighs about 90lbs like a horse. I just wanted to ask if its safe for my dog to be ridden around for long periods of time, I weigh about 130lbs. If its not safe for me to ride my dog, can my little cousins who weigh about 50lbs ride her?
even though your cousins are probably light enough, it depends on whether the dog will let people ride it at all
My dog is beyond friendly and loves human interaction, sometimes I sit on her very lightly and she doesn't mind. Are there any good guides on how to tame a dog for riding?

no, bad idea. for starters it could hurt the dog, and the dog might bite whoever tried.

It's beyond not safe. Even the small ponies that can carry a child (which have a stronger back than a dog) are 300+lbs. My small pony is 800. dogs are built different than a horse and even a 90lb horse couldn't handle a 50lb child.
