Beasttamer

Im trying to maining my Bt

so i have a couple of questions!
1) I made this BT to be a link skill mule BUT i started to like it! and Im lv 120 with all my Bear skills maxed with some Cat. Is there some Advise on builds that anyone can give me for the Bear/Cat combo thingy

2) Funding wise I have a Fafnir Scepter, AND top! but i have 2 bill left what should i do with the rest x.x!

3) Are beast tamers ummm whats the word UMMMMMM helpful in parties? are they good soloists?

4) funding wise, are they efficient or cost efficient equipment wise ?

5) why do you like BT or why dont you like BT?

those are just some of my questions thanks for reading

1) I would suggest for any beast tamers to go for the leafre codex set since it gives you +1 skill level letting you save some skill points, which is especially a need for beast tamer with all their skills.

For bear I would leave both breath attacks at 1 since it's not really needed but that's based of your choice. Don't max out Fort the Brave since the lvl 20 max skill is the same as lvl 19 so you'll save urself 1 sp.

For cat build, it depends since some users just prefers to try to only get the card and exp buff maxed, but for those who wants to use cat i would leave meow heal, friend launcher, and launcher boost skill at lvl 1. To me I don't really find launcher that great since your other attack skill fire kitty does more lines and lowers monster def when hit.

2) For funding it's the same usual mage gear, and also note that beast tamer can use shields for secondary instead of only the whistle.

3) Mostly only in cat mode they are useful in party support due to the exp, drop rate, card, and passives/buffs. Eh for solo that depends since mainly for bossing would be bear and that forces you to be stationary to deal out the most damage.

4) Well some mage gear is pretty cheap probably not as cheap as bowman and pirates but still not that expensive for some alright equips.

5) I like beast tamers because of their diverse game play, but right now since there seems to be a problem with most beast tamers lagging when killing multiple monsters it's a real dread for some people.

the biggest issue with bt is that they are good at everything BUT bossing. Because of how their bear attack works, they have to stand still to get the most DPS but most bosses as you know move around... a lot. So maining a BT isnt a bad option, but note that they arent very good at bossing
Also since you have the faf scepter aim for the restt of your RA and Gollux or a Tyrant if you so choose. Wait till next coin shop event to perfect your scepter

1. max bear, max all cat buffs (you can max the rest if you really want)

2. finish your faf set or buying those pieces was pointless

3. they have really good cat buffs but thats about it. no ones going to ask you to attack for them or anything

4. cheap weapons, rest is expensive because its int

5. I like it because it's an original class, its versatile, and very fun to play.
I don't like it because of the delays on bear mode that make modern bossing impossible, and the low # of lines and % damage

i was going to main it but the delays are really bad. maybe one day theyll fix this
