I am wanting to main a new character and bishop is on the list and i was wondering how easy it is to get a range of 100k~150k range on one! you see im content with a range like that xD

Not really hard. U probably could do it with 1-1.5 bil and good event exploitation. My estimate though.

You can get that with like 2bil on lv 200 if you play a bit and spend your meso right. 150k range isn't as strong as it used to be though it is probably average now.
It's easy.
It's about as easy as getting 100-150k range with other classes. Wands and staves are getting cheaper since the "classic" magicians aren't played a whole lot anymore.
Really depends on your level.
you can be unfunded and almost naked, and get 100k range at level 200, even as a bishop.
I have around ~50% int, all the link skills that provide damage boost, Mage/Warrior/Pirate char card sets, clean empress and a 210 or so matt emp staff and have around 120k clean range. None of my items on my char are end game/legendary, minus my clean tyrant cape
