Long Range Trueshot
I'm lv 170 and i wont be 195 anytime soon so my question is " while spamming strafe+sniping when i can, would Long Range Trueshot be worth it to stop strafing and sniping?" so is it helpful for my 1v1 damage when im not lv 195?

I'll use it on CD regardless purely because I think I estimated it to hit about 5mil crits for me (using my damage range pre hyper).
What's the actual % again?

It's also good for clearing Zakum Arms. This is the case for the hyper skills of most classes that didn't already have huge AoE skills.

Saying "if Pierce isn't applicable, then so isn't LRTS" is wrong, because LRTS is stronger than Pierce. Something like "if Pierce isn't applicable, then so isn't Iron Arrow" would be correct 99% of the time, though. For example, Ultimate Strafe may be stronger than Pierce 1v1, but it loses out to LRTS, and since Iron Arrow is weaker than Pierce, it should also be weaker than Ultimate Strafe. This changes if we replace Ultimate Strafe with Snipe, of course.
However, with enough damage (unsure if achievable post-Unlimited or pre-Unlimited), Pierce can beat even Snipe at 1v1. At that point, though, assuming post-Unlimited, LRTS would be completely useless save for its nice hitbox.

It's worth using over US, but not Snipe. Your skill spam priority should be Snipe > LRTS > US.
