Best Legendary Inner Abilities?
What are the best legendary inner abilities I should be going for, specifically for a xenon?
Also, how many honor points did it take you after hitting legendary to get attack speed +1?

Is it better to have + 1 atk speed or the increase number of monster hit by multi-target attack + 1 for a Shade?
It took me well over 2mil honor EXP to get attack speed +1 after legendary. =[
When I hit legendary IA on my main I resetted about 870k worth to get +1atk speed.

Depends on your class tbh. Some go for buff duration, crit, attack speed, etc etc. I'm a scrub on inner ability, so idk.
