Leveled past 35, now can't make Burning Character?
Why can't I make a burning character? It asked me at 33, but I wanted to do it at 35 because I heard that made you go from 149 -> 152. When I leveled to 35, the quest was gone.

cause you said no, you only get the quest once i think
I was able to do the burning quest at level 38 when i first discovered one existed. So, i don't know what you talking about.
