And yes, I have googled it and clicked on the first link that goes to the Nexon.eu forums, and it isn't helping, because I made this account 2 YEARS AGO, and it's still not 'a registered ID'. What do I need to do?
I've contacted support, but of course the tickets never get answered. Not to mention with the horrid new 'support' webpage they have, you can't even view your tickets or go into livechat.

No, i'm saying that when you google the problem "not a registered ID" , there is a forum post on nexon.eu that tells you how to solve it, but it doesn't help at all.
My account is GMS.

I was just about to mention that! I think maybe he might have been using a service with an western ip address and now he is blocked and getting an unregistered ID error. When I went to europe from the states, I would get my account locked when logging out of maple after I was on for a sufficient amount of time. Only until I arrived back to the states was I able to log on my account successfully after reactivating it, maybe he is experiencing a problem like the one I encountered.

And i get in, but if I try to connect to a world, it will say that mesage and close Maplestory.
