Accounts broken
I try to log in and it says my password is invalid, cool so I try to log in via the website. Says either my ID or pass is wrong. I click receive password from email and i typed in my email address, hasn't gotten an email in over 12 hours.
Was wondering if anyone else had a problem similar to this.
I thought about sending a ticket to nexon, but I wouldn't get a reply in weeks....
Anyone know what to do?
Or what happened? (Ban, hacked, etc. idk)

Just resetted an hacked email....
Follow this steps:
1. Send Nexon a ticket that you cant acces your old email
2. They wil send this back:
[i]Please add a comment to this ticket, and provide the following information to the best of your ability.
Your account's registered email address
Your account ID (if applicable)
Your full name (first and last)
Your registered birthday as it appears on your account
Answer to Security Question 1 (if applicable)
Answer to Security Question 2 (if applicable)
List at least one game and character name on this account
Provide a new unique email address not associated with a Nexon account
Additionally, it is necessary that you attach a picture of your identification to this ticket. Acceptable forms of identification include:
Government/State issued photo ID, such as:
Driver License
Passport
Government Employee ID
Certificate of Birth/Adoption (only if under age 18).
If under age 18, please attach a photocopy of your Parent/Guardian's ID
Please attach the requested information to this ticket.[/i]

I lived chatted on a different account. They undo-ed the email change and reverted it back to my old one. I had to reconfirm that email.[/quote]
We haven't seen Danathann log in game yet. And there were people after my account for awhile now... You might be right....
