How is judgement better than breath?
So yeah, according to the guide judgement should be maxed after breath, but the guide seems outdated since max judgement does 150% now, how's that better than 140% from breath (which used less than half the DF judgement uses)

yes it does, and uses less DF, that's why I'm asking why the guide says that I should max judgement after breath, I just don't see any use for judgement
