When do BW's get Ifrit and Meteor?
I heard Ifrit was at 100 and Meteor is 110. Is this true? Also, could I just save points to max out Meteor/Ifrit?

I'm not sure which you obtain at 100 and 110 but I do know that you CAN save points.
