Yes, I'm talking about the event items, and for that matter, all items with attack and magic attack. Is there like a specific formula or site where you get this info? So, base stats and stats from scrolled items(str, dex, int, luk, hp, mp, atk, m.atk) excluding potential work in pvp, right?

in Tespia i remember i would get this buff that would let me unlock potential for sometime at the lvl120 Area and i am sure it said 180+ was full potential

Equips from the Chaos Warrior challenge cannot have potential on them.

The 30, 70 and 120 difficulty negates Potential, only the 180+ difficulty allows potential.
