Damage Cap Changed again even after post BB?
I heard on youtube that KMS changed the damage cap to 10mil instead of 1 mil now.
If that's true...omg you have to be kidding me.
If not, then it's good. Maybe it was some troll idk. Just asking.
Edit: The rumors were true. This Marksman broke the 999k damage cap...

Marksmen can NORMALLY break the cap with skills like Pierce..this isn't new, even when the cap was 199k.

On Topic: I actually DID see a level 200 Marksman vid where he broke the damage cap. Let me get the link.
I still think even 199k is too much. Why don't they just reduce all the numbers to like a 10k or 99k max -.-
