Scholary Shroom where is Surl?
I've literally went aroudn edelstein in every building etc looking for him 3times and can't find him. I'm like 99% sure he supposed to be very close to the storage guy I just can't see him.

^ I had the same quest, quit it and he appeared where he should. Thank y'all for your help!
I had the same problem. I had an in progress quest, I think it was called Surl's Request. I forfeited it, and Surl went back to his original place.
You skip the quest where you collect 3 acorns 10 hp and mp pots finish the quest go to town double click potion talk to a npc quest finished.
did you skip the edelstein quests or something?
If you didn't finish unrelated quests, I think he's in neglected park or something.
