Quick slots problem

Before the patch, you could easily choose which keys you wanted to show on the quick slots, but now I can't find that option.. The keys that are showing there are the same ones that I set before the patch and it seems like I can't change it now.

Obviously I mean changing it so I will see the Q,W,E,R,T,Y keys (for example) on the top row, and not like moving skills from one key to another
