Feels like i've been waiting forever, is there any cyclic dates nexon uses to open the cash transfer events like miracle times?

He could have later on, I missed the event, but lele37 had a pretty good collection of screenshots from the GM event and cash transfer isn't mentioned in them. That being said, I agree with a bunch of the people above. Why isn't it a regular thing?

Nope, he only confirmed world transfers and name change before the end of the year. He said cash shop transfer is not confirmed.
It feels like we only go backwards...

Artasi confirmed world transfers and cash shop transfers before the end of the year. so that could be from now until December 31st.
