Figured id shed some light on the kind of company we choose to support... White eye coupon didn't work with cadena's eyes, and contacted them over a month ago to receive the old "were working on it, wait". Contacted them again with no update, and refusal to provide any alternative solutions (refund, eye change coupon, ect). Was then given the metaphorical finger as the GM promptly peaced out.

As such, if you cannot provide even an estimated time for a fix, there is no reason that an alternative solution be employed. Given any other response, you are essentially saying it is okay to mislead, and steal hard earned money out of your customers pockets.

I play some Nexon games for phone, you can happily refund all the sheett they scam with the gambling, google will nicely assist you, however theyll most likely ban your account ''for abusing market blablabla''
That sounds like Nexin alright! I can vouch that they have at least robbed over $20 on my purchases. It only takes about a push of a button for them to get it fixed and compensate and instead they give you the finger and run off with your hard working money. I'll be happy the day I see someone finally take them to court for fraudulent transactions.
nexon never tests anything since they're lazy as hell. Can't expect much from them, dood.
