What I mean is he's still involved in the whole operation even if he's not the one on the computer chatting with the predators. He still comes face-to-face with them and exposes what they've been doing with their fake teens. I mean yeah, I guess they don't really need him, they could just arrest the guy as soon as he comes in the house. But then there would be no show.
Edit: But to correct myself I guess, no one expects someone who does a story on people who catches perverts to cheat on their wife.

I guess no one expects someone who catches perverts to cheat on their spouse.
I would've liked to see him get seriously screwed, if he had been cheating with an underage girl.
