Why do you do things you regret?
I'm not asking what you have done that you regret, I'm asking why. Generalized answers or answers that refer to psychological reasons are fine.

I'm going to take it an apology won't be enough?
I never regret anything. Everything that I've done, from drugs to drunk driving to whatever, has been a learning experience.

I don't generally regret much. I have a hard time making connections between doing something wrong and the consequence that follows.
well at times it's because i let my negativity get the best of me...so i don't do what i want to/should do. or i get caught up in the moment and do things without thinking.
I dunno..
