That still doesn't address my initial point, however. Instead of seeing what other people thing about HoH vs WG, why not just time yourself going solo?

If you're interested in soloing, why not go to both, time yourself and see where you get the most EXP? >_>
Why not just test each training place for 5 minutes?
HoH is good when you can KO with one hit full party (kanna and hs)
Golem is good with own hs
I think HoH is better if you have a lower HP (since Golems hit pretty high), but I think both are great training places.
