What is ideal Pdr for Phantom
I am currently 1.9 m - 2m with no buffs. Now sitting on 311% boss, 51% ATT, 9%TD + 10% from DA (working on Kanna and Cannoneer link). My secondary has 65% PDR and a crap line in main pot. The bonus is good and I am not going to touch that. I am working on Leafre set for 30% PDR. If I redo my emblem for 1 line ATK and 1 Line PDR my range should run back 2_2 clean + around 87%-90% PDR with one line PDR gone for ATK upon leafre set. So I sacrificed main pot Atk for double per. How much is really needed. If correctly. 87%+ is decent for me in PDR. I would like to have one line of 9% at least on emblem main. What are your guys thoughts. Everything else I have is already done ot Good enough. If u need a rundown of my stats I can list.

I know Leafre Set is 30% PDR. I currently have 2 lines of %PDR on Emblem Main Pot. I cant redo Secondary Boss because it is 18% ATK, 40% Boss and on Main Weapon it is 65% Boss and 9% TD. Which is good. So if I only need 90% PDR. I can get leafre set and sacrifice 1 line of PDR for ATK. With Penombre, I will be at just that. I already have Lumi Link.
So I guess it is time to recube for % ATK/%PDR then and get that Leafre set.

You have penombre's pdr break, so you'll be 90%+. That's sufficient for CVel.
89-91% is all you need as pdr goes, and is quite easy to get. Maybe cube away some of your boss for %att. after around 250% boss it's washed out.
I'd say ideally you would want about 93%pdr, i may be wrong tho
If you're aiming to kill Chaos Vellum/Hard Hilla/other bosses with high ignore defense then you should aim for around 80%+
