I need help can someone just please help?
Ok so i have these videos on my computer right? I need to know how to burn the
videos on to a cd so that they can be playable on a dvd player. I would prefer not
to waste the disks since it is the 4.7 gig ones and they are decently expensive.
Anyways any and all help is appreciated! I have no clue what im doing and i need this done today!

Off topic- this is the THIRD topic started in the past week or so about exactly the same thing. Odd how these things tend to turn up in clumps like this.
On topic- While the Sony Vegas trial will work, it's only a trial of the program. It's great if you only have a few files to convert and won't be needing to do it in the future.
If you'd rather use free applications that will work indefinitely, here are the other two topics from the past week. The first one is about how to burn actual "DVD format" DVDs that will play just like a store-bought DVD, the second is about how to convert computer video files into individual "VOB format" video files that will play on a DVD player. From what you said, it sounds like you might be more interested in trying the second option.

Incidentally, I buy my blank DVDRs on sale at www.newegg.com and wait for a "free shipping" event- they usually sell for $19.95 per 100 pack, making them 20cents each.
1. Download the Sony Vegas trial http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/trials/vegaspro
2. Install Sony Vegas.
3. Open Vegas and make it work.
4. Drop your videos onto the timeline.
5. From the Tools menu, choose Burn Disc and choose Video CD from the submenu. The Burn Video CD dialog is displayed.
6. Finish the rest.
The final render may have a significant reduction of video and audio quality; this depends on the video file's size.
