I know of 3 people with primed legendary Terminus Jaegers, but none of them are selling. I also believe Neurostrike was selling one a while ago, and someone in Evo was too, but I imagine they've been bought already since the revamp.
You might just be better off making one yourself. The cost of making one shouldn't be too high since clean Terminus whips are in the FM from Marvel, spell trace fever time is next weekend and there's miracle time tomorrow. Plus there are probably some %boss nebs floating around in the FM from Marvel/Gachapon.
