My idiot little brother
So school for him is starting in a few days, and just yesterday he claims he's going to "eat healthy". He bought premade bagged salads and Ranch dressing, and eats that for his meals rather than something carby to fill him up. This morning he eats a "healthy" breakfast of instant ramen with an egg and a boatload of mozzarella cheese. Now he's on his second salad for lunch, filled with crap...
TLDR: ranting on stupid little brother thinking hes eating healthy but isnt -.-

He failed instantly after he ate ramen.
Tell your brother to cut out the carbs. It'll make everything a whole lot better.
Ramen? No noodles, add another egg. Salad? Add vegetables, ranch is okay, no croutons. Drinks? Extra water, no sugary stuff.
Salad and egg
thats the only healthy thing mentioned.
Trash everything else
Although mozzarella being one of the healthiest cheeses, can quickly become one of the most fattening if in said "boatload" amounts.
my sister thinks she can get nice abs by doing a few sit ups before bed l0l
thats pretty healthy for a guy, if its a girl then no
Does it even matter.
Wow, what a great sister you are! (sarcasm. You're terrible.)
So instead of actually helping him realize that his diet isn't actually any healthier, you MAKE A THREAD ON A MAPLESTORY FORUM...
ok
Trust me, I have tried but he's too much of an ass to listen to other people. Sure this is a MS forum, but I'm clearly under the section that says "Chat Island" where many, many people come to make threads. ok
Well it's a start. You can't go head first into healthy things if you've been eating crap for your whole life. Let him ease into it.
"little brother" thats all i needed to know.

ok
and when he realizes that he's gaining weight just laugh in silence.
He sounds like he's just trying to lessen the carb intake he eats. If that's his definition of eating healthy, it's ok. He probably wont lose weight but it's a little healthier.
If he wanted to lose weight, he should have started off eating smaller portions. than he can slowly start eating less calorie filled foods.
@xoqtprincessxo I know but it isn't enough to fill him up, he just ate 2 salads, a bowl of sweet porridge and a bread roll (dried pork things, mayo, leek) as a late lunch.
Vegetables contain carbohydrates
@DuckyMe: I was being a btch to my friend who said "wow ppl im gunna lose weight and do p90x and get a tattoo and feel great"
he APPARENTLY is still doing work outs and said he'll put off the tattoo till next year
but he's always taking pictures of fast food places and his crappy food on IG...
just keep quiet about it and when he complains remind him that he made poor diet choices.
@coupongoddess lmao I will, I'll laugh and say "I told you so!"
@jazzykitteh I know, I even told him it contains msg, but he just says "its' healthy cause its yogurt based!" -.-
he dumb
I eat like that if not worse. maybe I should eat more healthy foods.
Omg you have no idea -_-
Literally almost all of my friends started "dieting" and then they go on instagram and take a picture of their freaking burger and fries... so stupid
@NekoChan
also this I agree with her statement I think you should do it OP ;D
Sounds just like my little sister, except she calls it "going healthy." If your brother is not trying to loose weight I don't see a problem with him adding salads to his diet. But if he his trying to loose weight, this method probably won't work. My sister eventually gave up on her fake healthy diet and basically starved herself to loose 50 pounds, I hope your brother doesn't do the same if he's trying to loose weight. Maybe get him a healthy cook book?
He should read this.
Good for him? o.o
