Cant enter Cra?
Every time I try to enter Cra I get a message telling me to go to ch 13. Of course I tried entering from ch 13, but the same message pops up, am I missing some kind of prerequisite for CRA here?

For nexon 13 = 14....
did you kill the bosses 10 times on normal already?
You actually need to enter in ch 14.
Try going to ch 14 instead.
