Does the 160 rule apply to elite spawns?
Often when the level of monsters are 160+, they are exempt from the level difference rules that discourage higher level players to kill lower level mobs (ie attendance, drop rate). Is this the same with elites? Or will the level difference prevent players from spawning elites even if they are 160+?

Yea it ignores the lvl 160 thing... or else I'd be in Elite Boss heaven in SH
Level difference for elites still applies after 160, you can see this easily at SH since when you have only 200+ level attackers elites never spawn.
no. still has to be within 30 levels
Eh I can only ever get elites to spawn at WG and kiritas, maybe I'm just impatient..
