Cannot transfer link skill on Hayato
I'm having some trouble getting the link skill to work on my hayato. I grinded it to level 70,went into my beginner skills tab, and opened the link skill window. The button you usually use to transfer link skills is grey and reads "unavailable". Anybody know why this might be? Does Hayato get his link skill at a higher level or something?

Come back in 24 hours if the problem hasn't resolved itself.
I did indeed look for the link skill quest, but found none in my lightbulb.
Edit: It wasn't in the lightbulb but rather the book tab. Anyways problem solved.
Edit 2: Upon completing that quest, I still am unable to transfer the link skill, even more confused now.
did u complete the link skill talk quest on leftt side of ur screen?
