Where do you usually sit in classes?

Yeah where do you aim to sit in class?
Are you the attentive student in the front?
The middle suits you better?
Or maybe the back where anything goes?

Personally I sit more in the mid/backish but usually always on the sides.

We always get seating charts so its not like my preferences really matter. I just want to sit near the front with my friends.

The more useful the class, the closer to the front I sit
Okay, today freakin' sucked, because it was the first day of classes, and I was like 7 minutes early to every class, but I still had to sit in the back or not near anyone. So now I have to "steal" someone's seat next class, and hopefully nobody will care, but since my classes are like 20-30 people, people will probably notice.
From my experience (in smaller classes) people will notice, but not care at all.

front/middle on the far sides where there is no one on my left, or right depending on the side I take. I don't like to be surrounded...

Depends on the class tbh. If the class is actually hard, front-ish. If not, mid~back.

Front, back is for slackers that are just fooling around and not paying attention.

I try to sit in the first row right in the middle so I can see the board but when we have assigned seats, I get the first row anyways cause it's usually by alphabetical last name.

In a normal lecture hall, probably around the middle.
When I have a lecture at our movie theatre, I'll sit at the very back. The screen is obviously huge so I have no issues seeing... also I like to be able to recline in my seat without hitting someone <3

It depends if I like the class or not and it also depends if I get to the class early enough....If I like the class, I usually sit somewhere toward the front. If I don't like the class, somewhere around the lower middle part. If it's a discussion-based class, all the way in the back please

The side of the room cause there's less people (if the class isn't full). I recall having lecture halls completely full and it was hard af to concentrate.

I always try to pick the spot that's the easiest to get to since I'm a bit of a klutz and don't want to smack everyone with my bag.
Usually an edge seat, somewhere in the middle. I sat towards the front for a few classes because the board was too small for the size of the room.

I'm gonna try to get there late-ish and sit by the cutest girl I see, or one of my acquaintances.

I have been sitting right next to whoever I want to for a long time, and I kinda hate sitting in the back now. It's a lot more fun when you're.interacting with the teacher and the students who actually have something to offer.

I always try to find a corner. Sometimes I'll pick the back corner. Sometimes it'll be the front corner. I can't really remember having any kind of system for choosing a corner, any corner will do.

I don't sitting in the front cause then the professor gives me death stares & i don't like sitting in the back cause then i get distracted by the people chatting/fooling around on their computers. So i sit in the middle

In the front to the far right if I want to learn. Where ever a charger is if I don't.

I sit a couple rows back next to the windows if I'm in a normal classroom.
If I'm in a lecture hall I sit far enough back where I don't need to tilt my head to look at the screen.

Usually somewhere near the front, off to the side though. The side I choose depends on where the board and teacher is, though. Bonus if my sitting spot is near the door, means I can escape quicker when class ends.

middle row, near right wall (facing the front)
if possible, next to a window and with the door to my left and easily visible

Front, middle-right side.

I'm pretty particular about my spots during lecture.
