On which skills I should use a mastery books?
It's a noob question but bare with me.
It's the first time I've reached 4th job and I saw that you need to buy and use mastery books.
The problem is that I didn't find any guide or build that tells you on which ones you need it.
What I mean is that in all other jobs you had skills that max'd out on 5sp, 10sp and 20sp, so in my head the same logic should apply here also, but I don't know which skills should stay max'd out at 10 and which should go higher or how higher should they go.

You can get mastery boxes from the level 100+ theme dungeons which can be used as a mastery book 20 or a mastery book 30 so it will help you save mesos.
Add as many points into the skill that it allows, it's possible to max all 4th job skills for every class by level 140, except Beast Tamer because she a special snowflake, then read the skill description. If it says Next Level 11 or 21 at the bottom somewhere, that means you can use a mastery book for that skill. You need at least 5 or 15 points into the skill before using mastery books. Cygnus Knights, and I think Jett, doesn't need mastery books.
Almost every skill has a master level of 10, 20, and 30. Hero's Will has a master level of 5. Aran and Mechanic has skills with a master level of 5 and 15. Then you got the weirdos like Kaiser and Demon Slayer with skills that has a master level of 6, 2, and 1.
