Funny Dmv experience

I finally decided get my learner's permit. The thing is, it's known to be absurdly crowded and the wait time is very very long, but it was processed quickly! Ended up getting a 19/20 on the written exam! () The funny thing was after getting my application form, this Chinese lady tried to ask for help in Chinese (I'm not Chinese, nor do I understand any of it). I proceed to help her with her form since she didn't understand what certain items/sections were implying/asking for. In the end, it turns out that she didn't even bring her social security card..! -end

So cheating is fine if you're only caught once?
Clearly, cheating in your book is normal behavior
Can you quote me on that?
Neither of us even brought up the validity (or lack therefor of) of cheating.
Your statement was that your experience at the DMV was "racist" (the proctor) and what the proctor (or test takers) did was "illegal," I stated otherwise.

With that said, please tell me how the situation was racist, and how letting someone who got caught cheating take a test is "illegal."

Law is a system of rules that are enforced through social institutions to govern behavior - Wikipedia. Clearly, cheating in your book is normal behavior
We're talking about DMV experiences, I'm sure you can sleep peacefully tonight if I mention mine
When I went to take the DMV written test, my proctor was a black guy. Behind me was a black guy taking the test and the proctor caught him cheating so he kicked him out. Afterwards, he caught a white guy cheating and when he went up to him, took his notes and told him he'll give him one more chance. When I finished taking my test, I went to line up to hand it in and there was a white guy in front of me. It turns out he almost passed the test, but failed since he missed 2 extra questions from the allotted 6 to pass. The proctor proceeded to tell him that since he was close, he can just restudy the test and come back in 30mins to retake it. Isn't this illegal and basically racism?
Let's not throw around the words "illegal" and "racism" out of context.

First off, you don't know the full story, that very well could have be the black guy's second time getting caught.
Second, for something to be illegal, it has to be a law, I'm not too sure, but I'm pretty sure that's just a rule, not a law.
Third, does it matter, or are you the type of person to complain about something being "unfair"?

DMV is another weird dilemma of why America doesn't collapse when it should with all that inefficiency and stupidity of how government runs things.
I took driver's ed in high school, so I was able to skip the permit test. I went to the DMV to trade the certificate in for the permit, and the woman took the original document and gave me back a copy of it. I didn't realize she took the original, and I didn't think anything of it.

6 months later, at the road test site, I was about to get in the car and take the test. The inspector saw that it was a copy and told me I needed the original. I tried to explain that I had whatever the woman at the DMV gave me. He assured me that that was impossible and I had to wait another month to take my road test.

Hmmm who's more likely to screw up: a charismatic, white college student, or an angry, poor, black woman who probably hates her job? :I

This is only one of the several times the DMV completely screwed me. Can't wait to go back when I have to get everything sorted for the car I'm going to buy in a few months...
Wow, that sucks, I've heard a handful of mess-ups by the people who work at DMV offices, almost always screwing the 'customer'.

Wow. Honestly, I feel like the whole thing isn't supervised as well as it should. The main ticket to driving is the road test, which isn't so easy to pass apparently.
